After being in the business for so long and building up strong connections in the industry, he decided it was time to take the leap and start up on his own and he hasn’t looked back! His experience in the industry shows in all he does. His passion and drive makes him the best at what he does and his determination to prove that “we’re not just another recruitment agency”.

Senior Consultant
Magdalena is a senior consultant, focusing on the account management of our industrial clients. When she moved over to live in the UK from Poland in 2006, Magda started out working as a temp across the assembly, production, and logistics sectors. After working first hand in these roles Magda knows what is required for each role and what it takes to make an excellent candidate.

Nina Walker has been in the marketing sector for over 9 years, 4 of those years exclusively in recruitment. Her areas of expertise include content marketing, personal branding, social media just to name a few. These focuses help with our main goal – to improve the Candidate and Client experience.

Mel Heatley-Shakeshaft has been working in payroll for over 15 years. Mel started out in an accountancy dealing with small businesses payroll and accounts, she then worked her way into the recruitment world. Working in recruitment for many years Mel understands the importance of getting our people paid on time and supporting both candidates and clients with any queries.

Emma Conneely has worked in accounting in the recruitment industry for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of Accounts. With 11 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment accounts and she tackles these head first before it can happen.

Rachael Keoghan is in charge of candidate care and compliance. She set the bar high for herself with her 100% external audit achievements. The records show that Rachael is aware of the documents and processes needed to make candidates fully compliant.

Monika joins us as a Senior Account Manager. Having over 5 years experience working and developing relationships with key accounts, Monika will handle high volume customers and also support with any skilled / semi-skilled vacancies.
